Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf. If you use DoLink for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

DoLink lets you create a public profile that collects links, images, and basic information in one page. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We may impose reasonable limits to protect service reliability and users.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Usernames may be unavailable, reserved, or reclaimed when necessary to prevent impersonation, infringement, or abuse.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DoLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. This license ends when content is deleted, except for limited backup or legal retention.

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or deceptive redirects.
• Harassment, threats, hateful content, exploitation, or content that endangers others.
• Impersonation or infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Automated scraping, excessive requests, interference with service operation, or bypassing access and security controls.
• Using DoLink to collect sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

Profile pages and their links are public. DoLink does not control or endorse user content or third-party destinations. Visit external services at your own risk and review their terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for disclosures required for services linked from your profile.

We may remove content, restrict a profile, reserve a username, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, address security risks, or protect others. You may stop using DoLink at any time and request account deletion through the Feedback Center.

The service, software, design, name, and branding are owned by DoLink or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except where law expressly permits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoLink is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, particular results, or that all user content and external links are accurate or safe. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above, with additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Applicable law governs these Terms without overriding mandatory protections available where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
