Privacy Policy

This policy applies to DoLink services at dolink.cc. It does not cover websites or services linked from a user's public DoLink page.

• Account information: email address, username, user identifier, authentication provider, and related account metadata. Password authentication is processed by Supabase; DoLink does not receive your readable password.
• Profile and content: display name, biography, avatar, link titles, destinations, icons, images, and their display order. Information published on a profile page is public.
• Support and feedback: the email or user identifier associated with a submission, its subject, content, status, and our response.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, interactions, timestamps, cookies, and similar data generated when you use the service.

Please do not publish sensitive personal information that you do not want others to see or copy.

• Provide authentication, profile editing, link hosting, file uploads, and support.
• Maintain service security, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and troubleshoot errors.
• Understand feature usage and improve performance and user experience.
• Send service-related messages, such as verification and password reset emails.
• Meet legal obligations and protect users, DoLink, and the public.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, or based on consent. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on it.

We use service providers to operate DoLink, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; and Google for OAuth and analytics. They process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money. Analytics-related disclosures may be treated as “sharing” under some privacy laws.

DoLink uses cookies or similar technologies for authentication and Google Analytics to understand site usage. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, but doing so can affect sign-in and other features. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies.

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with law. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups or logs after deletion. Public profile information is no longer displayed after the related account or content is deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most profile information in the dashboard. For account deletion or another privacy request, use the Feedback Center after signing in. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. DoLink and its providers may process information in countries other than yours; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used.

DoLink is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child provided information, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, use the Feedback Center available after signing in to DoLink.
